The archive will be a systematic collection of testimonies sound important part of our intangible heritage (specific sounds of nature, the villages, the interaction between man and land, songs, stories and local legends, personal memories of work, emigration, events, accents and pronunciations, etc..) which will be properly sorted and classified according to technical criteria that allow access to researchers, developers, managers and land promoters,  general audiences and more importantly, the actual population of the area , including the youngest. This sound archive should be able to retain aspects of imagination, and values at the same time transforms and disseminates a range of geographical, historical, anthropological and artistic, which can be studied and disseminated culturally directly or indirectly.

This arcgive will be carried out in accordance with the latest open standards in the audiovisual archiving in the digital (including recommendations for listing of the International Association of Sound and Audiovisual Archives – IASA and the Open Archives Initiative “for the collection of metadata, ie the descriptors for the archiving of sound recordings), the international standards for the digitization of audio content and recommendations of the W3C in the area of Semantic Web (eg the use of XML technologies).

The documentation and preservation of intangible heritage enables us to bequeath to future generations as much information about our past and current reality.
